Buns of Steel
Get ready to sculpt those buttocks with the “Buns of Steel” workout! 💪🍑
2 Exercises, +- 1 Minute per set
- Straight leg lifts x 20
- Bent leg lifts (toes together): lift 3 times then relax = 1 rep. Do 10.
Aim for 1 set if you’re a beginner, 2 sets for intermediate, and 3 sets for advanced levels.
To avoid hip discomfort, place a rolled-up towel or cushion under your hips and focus on tightening your gluteal muscles with each lift.
