Day 48 – CHALLENGE | 5km Time Trial
It’s time to test your running fitness. Today is a 5km time trial.

This is a breakdown of how intense your 5km should be:
Beginners: 5km brisk walking
Intermediate: 5km
Advanced: 5km and push yourself
Here is your mission: Run a 5km time trial. Complete it as fast as you can and record how long it took you, as well as the pace (minutes per kilometre). This will serve as a benchmark pace, and will help you measure your improvement.
You can also set your 5km goal time, and do this time trial every week or every two weeks to see yourself getting closer to your 5km goal.
Don’t forget to post your current 5km time on the Facebook Closed Group and motivate each other. The 5km is not a competition so don’t worry, we’re all here to support each other. It’s all about your personal growth and effort. Getting results is not about getting the fastest time, it’s just about showing up consistently. You can do it!
