Day 50 – CHALLENGE | Burpees
The final week is here! Well done on all your dedication so far, we’re almost there.
Today, we’re doing a 1 minute burpee challenge – it’s simple – see how many burpees you can do in 1 minute.
Watch the video below to see the correct form. On the left is the beginner version which I recommend if you want to go easy on your back, knees, and joints. On the right is the advanced version which takes you all the way down to the ground and requires you to use both legs together – making it harder.
Burpees are tough, so push yourself but pace yourself. The video below is a 30 second video to show you the correct form, but you’ll be doing burpees for 1 minute. Set a timer for 1 minute and count how many you can do.
