Day 55 – Embrace the Crab Dance

It’s time for the beloved (or perhaps the most dreaded) Crab Dance exercise! 😂 I know, some of you may not be fans of this one, but did you know it engages multiple muscle groups? From triceps and shoulders to hamstrings, buttocks, and back muscles, it’s a full-body workout!

  • Time yourself: Beginners: Do the exercise for 20 seconds, and make sure to follow me, and not Zander. Intermediate: Do the exercise for 40 seconds. Advanced: Do the exercise for 60 seconds.
