CONGRATS on reaching the final day of our 8 Week Challenge! I am so proud of each and every one of you who completed this journey.

Your engagement on the Facebook closed group played a crucial role in making this challenge a resounding success. Let’s continue to support and uplift one another in this close-knit family.
Remember that this challenge was just a kick-start. You’ve developed healthy habits, so keep exercising and prioritising your well-being by doing the programs on the app, and choosing from our 3 eating plans. No excuses!
Today’s Challenge – Do the sit to rise test?
We end off with a simple longevity-test which will take you less than a minute to do.
This test is a strong indicator of overall physical fitness, frailty and a predictor for longevity. Achieving a perfect score involves the ability to sit and rise without using hands or knees. If you need to use your hands or your knees first you fail the test. Difficulty completing this indicates a need to focus on lower body and core strength. For many, this is a tough movement to do, so don’t feel bad if you struggle to do it – it’s just a fun exercise-test to end the challenge off with.
