Today’s workout: Hips | Abs | Arms
You can do this before or after your app workout.
These two versatile exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime, targeting your hips, outer thighs, core, and arms.
Workout:
- 2 exercises
- Time ± 3 minutes
- Side leg lifts: 20 x Right, 20 x Left
- Plank and twist: x 20
