Today’s focus is on toning the waistline. Remember not to indulge in excess eating or skip your workout routine. Stay committed to your goals!
Saying goodbye to those pesky “muffin tops” or “love handles” may seem challenging, but it’s entirely achievable. Incorporate these two exercises into your routine after completing the program on the app. Let’s work together to sculpt a trimmer waistline!
Program:
- 2 exercises.
- You need: weights (or water bottles, or canned food), and a towel.
- I suggest you watch the video first to be prepared.
- If you have done today’s app exercises, do the video (2 exercises) once.
- If you don’t have time for the app exercises (which I hope not), do the video twice or 3 times, depending on your fitness level.
