Linda Kriel retains the copyright on all the information in the program and no part of any program may be
distributed in any form.
The content of Linda Kiel’s programs are for informational purposes only and not to treat certain
conditions. If you are over 60, have any health problems or are unsure if you can exercise, please first
consult your doctor. If you are pregnant you can do the beginners level BUT you must first get
permission from your doctor before you do the program. Some of the exercise programs include cardio
sessions, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and toning (sometimes with light weights) and there is a
distinction between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level.

Everyone does the program at his own risk. Linda Kriel will not be held responsible for any injuries. We do
not guarantee that you will lose any weight. Your results depend directly on your effort and the
application of the knowledge gained. No adjustments will be made for you privately in the exercise or
eating plans. If you are allergic to something or diabetic and not sure if the diet is suitable for you, you
can discuss the diet with your doctor or dietitian. You are welcome to ask questions to Linda Kriel on
Facebook or send an email to info@lkfitness.co.za, where the team would help you.

Payment must be made prior to one gaining access to the app regardless of any free trial period.
The subscription will renew automatically monthly if you chose the monthly option or annually if you
chose the yearly option, unless you cancel 24 hours before your next payment.
The app is paid for and billed by the Apple App Store if you have an iPhone or through the Google Play
Store if you have an Android phone, not by us. Should there be a change in your banking details, update
it at the Google Play Store or App Store. Should your payment fail the subscription will be paused until
payment is received.
We retain the right to adjust subscription fees from time to time, but it will only affect your next payment.
Should there be a change in fees, you’ll be timeously notified (at least 7 days prior to next payment).
Should you choose not to cancel your subscription, your next payment will be at the adjusted price.

You can cancel your LK Fitness app subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we
will be sad to see you go.
When cancelling your app subscription, the following applies:
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to
successfully process in time
Your weeks will continue to rollover in the background
Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro rate remaining subscriptions.
After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the app for the entire course of
the remaining billing cycle you have paid for
To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into your iOS or Android app, or
email us for support at info@lkfitness.co.za.

Please note that deleting your account or the app, does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:
