1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products (e‑books) purchased through LK Fitness at www.lkfitness.co.za.

2. Digital Product Nature

• E‑books are delivered digitally via download.
• Once an e‑book has been downloaded, it is considered used.
• Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are issued after download.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You purchased the same e‑book twice by mistake.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

• Ensure you have a compatible device and software to open the file.
