When do I have to pay?
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly dispatch the products to you. To expedite the process, kindly send us your proof of payment.

If you are not satisfied with the size of your purchases, you can return the product to our manufacturer. Please send our Customer Centre an email with details, and we will send you the return address. Your purchase will replace it with the same design as your original order. The postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Unwanted product:
You can return an unwanted product (at no cost) under the following conditions:
• It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
• It is in its original packaging – the packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• None of the accessories or parts are missing.
• You initiate the return of the unwanted product within 14 days from the delivery or collection, by contacting our Customer Centre. After 14 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.
Damaged product:
If your purchase is damaged, or we have mistakenly delivered the wrong product to you or if the product does not match the description on the website, please send an email to our Customer Centre.
We will arrange for the product to be collected from you at no cost. Once we have examined the product and confirmed your return, we will promptly deliver the correct product to you or refund the product’s purchase price to your bank account within 30 days from the return.
We strive to ensure that the products we deliver are not defective. A defect refers to a physical flaw in the manufacturing of the product or in any of its features, making the product less acceptable or unsuitable under such circumstances as expected.
The following will NOT be considered defects:
• Flaws due to incorrect ordering.
• Damage caused by negligence, misuse by users, or improper use of the product.
• Damage resulting from improper care of the product.
• Damage caused by unauthorised alterations to the product.
• Instances where the product specifications, although accurately described on the website and generally suitable for the intended general use, do not fit your specific needs.
If you are entitled to a refund due to any of the above reasons, we will process the money back into your account. Please note that refunds must go through banks, and the processing of refunds may take up to 5 working days from the approval date.
