What data does LK Fitness collect?

We only collect data that is critical to the functionality of your LK Fitness experience. That includes your user credentials, name, FCM token (for sending push notifications) and device type (for debugging device-specific issues). Optional data that is saved includes your weight, height and goal weight. All data is encrypted in transit.

How long is my data stored for?

All data is stored for the duration of your app usage. User data is only deleted upon receipt of a data deleltion request.

How can I get my data deleted?

You can submit a data deletion request directly to the team from within the LK Fitness app as follows;

  1. Tap on ‘Profile’ in the main navigation menu.
  2. Tap on ‘Edit’ in the top right corner.
  3. Tap on ‘DELETE MY ACCOUNT’ at the bottom of the screen.

Deletion requests are generally handled within 24 hours, after which you are no longer able to use the application unless you create a new account.
