Strawberry smoothie

Try this classic, but delicious recipe to start your day.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

½ cup amasi (maas) or double cream yoghurt

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

½ cup cream

½ cup water

1 tablespoon xylitol

1 teaspoon psyllium husk or oat bran

Directions:

Blend ingredients together in a food processor or a blender.
