Today and tomorrow, let’s take a breather, reserving our energy for Friday and Saturday! I’ve noticed in our Facebook closed group that fatigue tends to set in towards the weekend. However, weekends are crucial for ramping up our efforts, especially if, like me, you tend to indulge a bit more in weekend treats.
Today, we’ll focus on a simple exercise to combat cellulite. Let’s keep up the momentum!
Cellulite can be a frustrating issue, but exercise can help reduce its appearance. Regular physical activity improves circulation, boosts lymphatic drainage, and tones muscles, resulting in smoother, firmer skin.
Today’s exercise, side to side rolls on our butt, is a simple yet effective move you can do at home. Grab a mat, find a comfy spot, and let’s work towards our goals together!
Complete 3 sets of 60 seconds and remember, consistency is key.
