Say goodbye to inner thigh chafing by joining me for these 2 exercises. In this video, my dear Pampoen (my Frenchie) was still my trusty sidekick. He passed away on the 26th of January 😢. In countless videos, Pampoen was there by my side, watching me exercise and bringing his joyful spirit to every workout. His spirit will continue to inspire us for a long time to come. 🐾 #RIPPampoen
Program:
- 2 Exercises
- One lying on your side, and the next propping yourself up, and placing your top leg at the back (Watch the video)
- You need: a mat to lie on
- Beginners can rest when necessary
- I suggest you watch the video first to be prepared
- If you have done today’s app exercises, do the video once
- If you don’t have time for the app exercises (which I hope not), do the video twice or 3 times, depending on your fitness level
