The 3 Point Approach
Eat Right. Exercise. Drink Water.
These three elements are crucial to your well-being. The goal of the 3 Point Plan Week is to consistently work towards improving each of these 3 elements. So let’s all do it together and share our efforts with each other on the Facebook closed group for app users.
Step 1: Eat Right
Share a daily photo this week within our private Facebook group, capturing a wholesome meal you’ve enjoyed. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, feel free to choose any nourishing dish. While it doesn’t have to be from this week’s app meals, we encourage you to align with the guidelines of our eating plans: Low GI, Banting/Keto, or Mediterranean.
Seek inspiration from the App’s Recipes section for more culinary ideas. Remember, embracing nutritious eating yields a range of health advantages such as weight management, heart well-being, cancer prevention, mental equilibrium, sustained energy levels, and numerous others.
Step 2: Exercise
Do a minimum of 4 LK Fitness App workouts throughout the week, and don’t forget to celebrate your accomplishments within our private Facebook group. Participating in these exercise routines, harmonising with your nutritious intake, maximises your well-being journey.
Step 3: Drink Water
Drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water a day, and also mention that in your post on the Facebook group. Keeping well hydrated will improve your skin, increase your energy levels, manage your weight, and improve your cognitive function.
