Flash Exercise Program for Busy Days

This flash exercise program works your thighs, buttocks, chest, upper arms, hips and outer legs. The jumping jacks (exercise 3) works your heart and lungs and also help burn extra calories.

  1. 20 Squats
  2. 20 Push ups
  3. 40 Jumping Jacks
  4. 15 backward lunges with left leg
  5. 15 backward lunges with right leg

Beginner: 1 round
Intermediate: 2 rounds
Advanced: 3 rounds
