Tips for 2025 – From Linda and Armin

We are now one month into 2025! Thanks for everyone’s support in 2024. It’s always so wonderful to read your messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram. We want to encourage you to make 2025 YOUR year of fitness and health. Don’t neglect yourself. Make yourself, and your family proud this year. We will help you reach your goals!

A Few Tips for 2025

  • Try to incorporate more movement into your everyday life. You’ll see the difference in your fitness, health, and weight by the end of 2025. Being physically active in addition to your usual routine, no matter what your level of activity, can have many health benefits.
  • If you believe that you absolutely must exercise for at least 30 minutes at a time, otherwise it would be useless, then I’ve got great news for you. This is not true at all. Rather, take one step at a time, start slow and ease into it. Consistency is key, but don’t feel you have to push yourself too hard too early.
  • Eat for the body you want, not for the body you have.
  • Don’t wait until you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of each step you take to reach your goal.

Think of each day that you successfully incorporate your new healthy habits as a stepping stone towards reaching your goals.
